The deadline to order is the first Wednesday of the month.

STEP 2

Pay for your order

Instructions for e-transfer payment are provided when you complete the online order form

If you ordered at a distribution centre, you need to pay cash when you place your order.

STEP 3

Delivery

If you selected our delivery service, make sure there is someone on-site to receive your Chaleur Eat Fresh bag between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. If there is no one at available on site, our volunteers will leave your bag on your doorstep.

Pick-up

Pick-ups are possible between 4 p.m and 6 p.m. at our distribution centers.

Orders that are not picked up during pick-up times are donated to local community organizations to help families in need. We cannot give refunds for bags that are not picked up.
